LEG CURL (LFI-50)
The leg curl is a type of outdoor gym equipment that allows you to work on your leg muscles, especially the hamstrings. It consists of a seat and a lever that you can pull with your feet against a resistance. Here are some steps to use it correctly:
- Sit on the seat and adjust the lever so that it is just below your calves.
- Curl the lever with your feet until your legs are fully bent, but do not lift your hips off the seat.
- Slowly extend the lever back to the starting position. This is one repetition for your leg curl.
- Repeat the leg curl for 10 to 15 repetitions or as many as you can do with good form.
The leg curl can help you improve your lower body strength, endurance, and stability. It can also tone your hamstrings and calves.
