LEG PRESS (LFI-48)
The leg press is a type of outdoor gym equipment that allows you to work on your leg muscles, especially the quadriceps and the glutes. It consists of a seat and a platform that you can push with your feet against a resistance. Here are some steps to use it correctly:
- Sit on the seat and place your feet on the platform, shoulder-width apart.
- Push the platform away from you until your legs are almost straight, but do not lock your knees.
- Slowly bend your knees and bring the platform back to the starting position. This is one repetition for your leg press.
