DUAL SIT UP BENCH (LFI-69)
The dual sit up bench is a type of outdoor gym equipment that allows you to work on your abdominal muscles, especially the rectus abdominis and the obliques. It consists of two curved platforms that you can lie on and two handlebars that you can hold with your arms. Here are some steps to use it correctly:
- Lie on the platform and place your head on the padded support. Hold the handlebar with a firm grip and keep your arms slightly bent.
- Lift your upper body off the platform, crunching your abs and bringing your chest closer to your knees. Keep your lower back pressed against the platform and your core engaged.
- Slowly lower your upper body back to the starting position. This is one repetition for your dual sit up bench.
- Repeat the dual sit up bench for 10 to 15 repetitions, or as many as you can do with good form.
The dual sit up bench can help you improve your core strength, endurance, and stability. It can also tone your abdominal muscles and reduce belly fat.
