The FRP sit-up board is a type of outdoor gym equipment that allows you to work on your abdominal muscles, especially the rectus abdominis and the obliques. It consists of a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) board that you can lie on and a handlebar that you can hold with your arms. Here are some steps to use it correctly:

  • Lie on the board and place your head on the padded support. Hold the handlebar with a firm grip and keep your arms slightly bent.
  • Lift your upper body off the board, crunching your abs and bringing your chest closer to your knees. Keep your lower back pressed against the board and your core engaged.
  • Slowly lower your upper body back to the starting position. This is one repetition for your FRP sit-up board.
  • Repeat the FRP sit-up board for 10 to 15 repetitions or as many as you can do with good form.
