FRP SIT UP BOARD (LFI-68)

- Lie on the board and place your head on the padded support. Hold the handlebar with a firm grip and keep your arms slightly bent.
- Lift your upper body off the board, crunching your abs and bringing your chest closer to your knees. Keep your lower back pressed against the board and your core engaged.
- Slowly lower your upper body back to the starting position. This is one repetition for your FRP sit-up board.
- Repeat the FRP sit-up board for 10 to 15 repetitions or as many as you can do with good form.
