HIP TWISTER (LFI-53)
The hip twister is a type of outdoor gym equipment that allows you to work on your core muscles and improve your flexibility. It consists of a rotating base that you can sit on or stand on while twisting your body in various directions. Here are some steps to use it correctly:
- Choose whether you want to sit or stand on the twister. If you sit, you will work more on your abdominal muscles. If you stand, you will work more on your lower back and hips.
- Place your feet on the base and hold the handlebar for balance. Keep your back straight and your core engaged.
- Start twisting your body slowly from side to side. You can also twist in a circular motion or alternate between clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
