LEG EXTENSION (LFI-49)
The leg extension is a type of outdoor gym equipment that allows you to work on your leg muscles, especially the quadriceps. It consists of a seat and a lever that you can lift with your feet against a resistance. Here are some steps to use it correctly:
- Sit on the seat and adjust the lever so that it is just above your ankles.
- Lift the lever with your feet until your legs are straight, but do not lock your knees.
- Slowly lower the lever back to the starting position. This is one repetition for your leg extension.
- Repeat the leg extension for 10 to 15 repetitions or as many as you can do with good form.
The leg extension can help you improve your lower body strength, endurance, and flexibility. It can also tone your thighs and shape your knees.
